Bruschettas a la Don Chilio
“Simple, yet it will make everyone happy”
- Cut the bread into 2 cm slices.
- Toast the bread on both sides.
- Cut the tomatoes into cubes and put them into a bowl.
- Season the tomatoes with basil, Don Chilio Olive Oil and sea salt.
- Cut the Mozzarella cheese into cubes and rinse with a cloth for extra water.
- Put the Mozzarella cheese into the bowl with the tomatoes and mix it up.
- Place the mix on top of the sliced bread.
- Add the final Don Chilio’s touch.
