PREPARATION:

  • Cut the bread into 2 cm slices.
  • Toast the bread on both sides.
  • Cut the tomatoes into cubes and put them into a bowl.
  • Season the tomatoes with basil, Don Chilio Olive Oil and sea salt.
  • Cut the Mozzarella cheese into cubes and rinse with a cloth for extra water.
  • Put the Mozzarella cheese into the bowl with the tomatoes and mix it up.
  • Place the mix on top of the sliced bread.

Cheese Pull

“A snack to Envy”

PREPARATION:

  • On one bowl mix salted butter, mayonnaise and manchego cheese.
  • On another bowl mix shredded Cheddar cheese, shredded Monterey Jack cheese, shredded Gruyere cheese and some slices of brie cheese.
  • Put some butter in each slice of bread (sourdough is preferred) and let it toast in a hot pan. Put the mayonnaise mix on the other side of the bread and turn it so it can be toasted on the other side.
  • Add the mix of cheeses and a touch of the beautiful Don Chilio Jalapeño Chile Crisp and cover it with the other slice of bread.
  • Let it toast until all Of the cheeses melt and enjoy!

Don Chilio’s al pastor tacos

“The Real Deal Tacos”

PREPARATION:

  • Mix in a bowl of adobo paste with pineapple juice.
  • Add the pork meat into the bowl and let it marinate for at least 2 hours. (The more time, the better).
  • Take the pork meat out of the bowl and cook it at high heat until the meat is well done.
  • Add some pineapple pieces into the pan for two minutes before you take the meat out.
  • Take out the meat and slice it into small chunks.
  • Warm some tortillas.
  • Put the meat into a tortilla.
  • Add onion, lime and parsley to taste.

Don Chilio’s DIY Pizza

“Easy to make, Easier to Eat”

PREPARATION:
Dough;

  • Put some bread flour in a bowl (caputo brand if possible).
  • Add yeast and salt and mix it all together.
  • Add olive oil and warm water and mix it all.
  • Shape dough into a boule, drizzle olive oil on top and cover it. Let it rest for 45 minutes.

Pizza;

  • Take the dough and stretch it in a circular form.
  • Add tomato sauce on top.
  • Add fresh mozzarella cheese cut in pieces.
  • Add a touch of parmiggiano on top and is ready for the oven.
  • Once cooked, add basil and the Don Chilio spicy touch for an extra kick!
