Bell Peppered Egg with Don Chilio’s chiles

Breakfast of Champions


  • Slice the pepper into slices, season with salt / pepper and roast in a non-stick pan.
  • Break an egg inside the pepper, season and leave it there to cook.
  • Finish  by adding the DON CHILIO’s touch and enjoy!

Don Chilio style 4 cheese pasta

Simple, yet it will make you look like a chef


  • Heat water in a pot until boiling.
  • Cook the pasta with a pinch of salt and 3 bay leaves (for flavor).
  • Add the 4 cheese sauce with DON CHILIO’s touch and enjoy!


  • In a pot add half a cup of milk, Manchego cheese, parmesan, philadelphia and goat cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Once the cheeses are mixed add Don Chilio’s chiles (without oil) and mix.

A snack to envy


  • Rinse the panella cheese with a little water. Pat dry.
  • Preheat the oven to 250°F
  • Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Add a little down chili as olive oil to the top of the Panella cheese and flavor with a bit of oregano
  • Leave in the oven approximately 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Add crackers of your choice and the DON CHILIO’S touch!

Finger-licking snack


  • Remove the cheese from the wrapper and put on a tray.
  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Put the cheese in the oven for 15 minutes (melt the cheese inside without spilling).
  • Once ready let stand 5 min. and add the fig jam.
  • Add crackers of your choice and the DON CHILIO’S touch!

Don Chilio’s Spanish Tapas

The most original entrée


  • Slice the baguette and add a little butter on one side.
  • Brown until the butter has melted.
  1. Slice some avocado and add potatoes to the aioli.
  2. Spread hummus and ground pepper on the baguette slices.
  3. Slice Manchego cheese and add Serrano ham as desired.* Do not forget to add the DON CHILIO’s touch!!

  • Wash and disinfect rocket plant and lettuce. Add to a bowl once clean.
  • Chop watermelon, cucumber and tomato cubes.
  • Add parmesan cheese in sheets.
  • Sprinkle with DON CHILIO’s touch !!


  • 6 tablespoons of olive oil.
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
  • 1 spoonful of Dijon mustard.
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar.
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • Pepper.
